Gypsy King

Captured on January 17, 2023 in Dublin, Ireland. While walking along O’Connell Street I noticed some women in bright red Romani dress.

Seeing “Gypsy’s” in Dublin is nothing out of the ordinary. Often seen panhandling along major areas, but what stood out was the man they were with. Cigarette in his mouth and beer in hand. I captured the moment he hid the bottle back in his jacket as he looked into the lens, along with one of the woman. It gave me the feeling that he was in some sort of way their ‘Pimp” or “Handler”. - Gypsy King
